It includes a large kitchen with island, a dining room which benefits from its own ancestral fireplace and a relaxation area, perfect for aperitifs!
The living room and its period furniture is ideal for getting together with family or friends, after a day outdoors, around the fire!
This floor also includes an office space with a view and a renovated bathroom with shower.

You will be seduced by the decor which respects the ancestral style of the house, by these sloping walls and by this children's room which can be described as a small dormitory. Imagine the stories they will be able to tell each other and the memories they will share afterwards!
The upper floor has another office area and another bathroom.
So there are 2 full bathrooms, one with a shower on the ground floor and the other with a combined bath and shower upstairs!

From the large period gallery or the terrace area furnished with a set of table, bench and chairs, you can admire the river!
The same goes for sitting a little further away, on a rounded patio with its Adirondacks and its outdoor fireplace.
