In Saint-Irénée, between Baie-Saint-Paul and La Malbaie, Les Loges Signature – Chalet & Détente 1 is a contemporary house built around something that cannot be decorated or reproduced: the view.

Here, the living room and dining room almost become a living painting. The St. Lawrence River stretches out before the large windows, and each morning brings a new sunrise, a new light, a new way to discover the horizon.

With its cathedral ceiling, 18-foot-high windows, wooden floors, noble materials and gas fireplace, the living room on the upper floor was designed for comfortable living.

Having coffee in the morning, lazing around in broad daylight, lingering around the kitchen island with a glass in hand, or simply enjoying the view: these are the kinds of moments we love to be here for.

The attractive, contemporary kitchen is particularly well-equipped and makes you want to cook with family and friends. The terrace extends this large living space with its outdoor furniture and gas barbecue.

One floor down, the atmosphere changes completely.

It includes a true relaxation room with lounge chairs and a piano, as well as a large bathroom designed as a private wellness space.

Infrared sauna, shower, and freestanding bathtub: everything you need to create your own spa at home. Heated bathroom floors add a particularly welcome touch of comfort.

On the same level is the master suite, with its king-size bed. This floor is entirely dedicated to the master suite, with the added bonus of a unique view of the river.

On the lower floor, two more river-facing bedrooms each offer a queen-size bed and a workspace in front of a large picture window. A second full bathroom and an additional powder room serve this floor.

The house can therefore accommodate 2 to 6 travelers, while offering enough space for everyone to find their own place.

A little further along the property, the fire pit offers a place to relax outdoors with the river as a backdrop. The outdoor spa provides another way to enjoy this view, whatever the season.

Three levels, several spaces to meet up or isolate yourself, and an environment that constantly makes you want to look outside.

Here, the horizon has no limits.

And when you decide to leave home, Charlevoix offers a whole playground just minutes away.

Whale watching on the St. Lawrence, sea kayaking, Saint-Irénée beach, horseback riding, Les Sources Joyeuses outdoor centre, Mont Grand-Fonds, Massif de Charlevoix, Casino de Charlevoix and concerts at Domaine Forget.

Not forgetting the restaurants, art galleries and boutiques that are part of the Charlevoix experience.
